Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after payment has been processed.
 

SHIPPING

• Shipping is always FREE in the continental USA unless expedited shipping is requested
• All orders are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number via the email you provided please contact Kaci at queenofgameday@yahoo.com
• Once shipping has been initiated the package is no longer the liability of me, Kaci Workman Cowley, or Queen of Gameday
• Insurance on packages can be purchased at the request of the customer.
• At this time, we do not ship anywhere outside of the continental USA. Thanks for understanding.
  
  QUEEN OF GAMEDAY is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. The mail/shipping carriers will be solely responsible once the items have been initiated to be shipped.
  
  QUEEN OF GAMEDAY is not responsible for items marked "DELIVERED" by the United States Postal Service. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package.
